This was my second order of tamales. I ordered a dozen each of the green Chile cheese, green Chile chicken, red Chile smoked pork Tex-Mex and red Chile pork tamales. These are among the tastiest tamales I’ve had since I visited New Mexico years ago. They are convenient to heat up for a quick lunch. A dab of Hatch Green Chile sauce from this seller completes the meal. I will be back for more.

First of all I must say the chilies are delicious. Now to three problems I encountered:
1) I cancelled an order a few weeks ahead of scheduled delivery. The nay message I got back was 'we're working on your request..." or something similar. Then. a few weeks later . I got a message that my order was coming! I replied 'no.. I cancelled it. ' it came anyway.
The email communication was either spotty or confusing. I finally asked for a phone call- which I got. The unwanted chilles arrived but I wasn't charged.
2) four (or so) months ago, I requested my order be changed to whole chillies instead chopped. One order of whole chillies came; the next reverted to chopped.
3) In one email, I asked if Hatch recycles the big styrofoam boxes. I never got a reply on that. Do you? Can I send them back?
Thanks forthe feedback opportunity.

Very easy set up. Very easy to use. Amazing end results! I highly recommend the small table top roaster. We used to do ours in the oven or use a kitchen hand burner. This is SO much easier and less messy and roasts the peppers just perfectly.

This was the worst green chili I have ever purchased. The peppers were thin and stringy, looked like panty hose instead of a nice big pepper to make chili rellenos. I called back after using 3 packs out of the box and complained. They replaced that box. When I opened it the peppers had a very sweet flavor and ruined sauce. I have given up for now and will never trust these folks for my fresh green chili. This chili was not cheap either…..for this rice it should be the best in the state. Sorry. UNHAPPY CAMPER. Glad y’all finally asked me for my thoughts. I have lots of really bad chili I would like to send you.
