Fresh green chile harvest runs late July through October, with peak season in August–September. Year-round, our flame-roasted frozen chile, jarred sauces, dried pods, and powders are always in stock. The frozen roasted chile is flash-frozen within hours of roasting — it's the closest thing to fresh outside of harvest season.
