Beautiful, bright color and very shiney. Replaced rista I've had for over 10 years - couldn't believe how much difference the color is. Love my purchase although cost of shipping was a little over the top...but cheaper than driving to New Mexico!

Im originally from Española New Mexico. I ordered the Hatch New Mexico Red Chile powder Hot. I don't know what kinds of Chile powder y'all sent but it was not New Mexico Red. It wasn't spicy at all. I made gravy with it like I always do and it was horrible. It tasted like Chile lime powder from Hot Cheetos. Absolutely ruined Thanksgiving. I always make Red Chile Gravy and Green Chile Stew. Thank God I was able to get Green Chile in August at HEB and toast and freeze it. I can't even think of a use for what y'all sent me. Very disappointed

I ordered 10# of frozen chopped Sandia chiles from the 2020 crop and was really pleased. The chiles arrived a few days earlier than promised and were very well packaged in flat packs with plenty of dry ice, well insulated. Everything was still frozen solid. I have made green chile stew and salsa with the chiles and the flavor is great! Will definitely order again.

We migrated north from NM six years ago. Hatch chile is the thing we miss the most.

These chiles are restaurant grade and packed in one pound bags.

They arrived still well frozen after about three days in transit.
