These sauces and salsas represent more than a century of Hatch Valley chile farming. Our family has been growing chile here since Joseph Franzoy became the first commercial chile farmer in Hatch, New Mexico. We're now in our 5th generation, and every jar carries that legacy.

Many of our Ol' Gringo products come from recipes passed down for generations—Ed Berridge founded Berridge Farms in 1944, and his red sauce recipe is still made by our family each year.
