All Mix-Match-Save items ship together from our warehouse in Hatch, New Mexico via ground. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Because everything in this collection is shelf-stable, there is no cold shipping needed — keeping your costs significantly lower than frozen orders.

Shelf-stable goods (this collection). Restaurants, retailers, and food-service operations order our jarred sauces, salsas, chile powders, dried pods, and pinto beans by the case at wholesale pricing. Mix-Match-Save tier discounts are for retail customers; wholesale accounts get their own pricing structure based on volume.
Fresh and frozen Hatch chile. During the harvest window (early July through late October most years), we sell fresh-roasted and fresh-raw Hatch chile by the pound and by the pallet. Common wholesale orders are 100–500 pounds for restaurant accounts and full pallets for distributors and larger food-service operations. Outside of harvest, frozen-roasted chile is available year-round and ships from our New Jersey and California distribution centers — tell us your target poundage and ship-to location for a quote.
Ristras, wreaths, and chile crosses. Available wholesale in standard sizes (18", 24", 36", 48") with bulk discounts on large orders. Many of our wholesale ristra customers are gift shops, grocery chains running a fall display, or event organizers needing a specific quantity for a fundraiser or festival.
